Hello I am Auntie Elaine, I am the behaviour co-ordinator and also accredited in Elklan and Talkboost. I joined Rainbow Pre-School in 2013. I have worked in childcare for 20 years, so I have lots of knowledge and experience, I work closely with children that may have speech and language difficulties or challening behaviours. working with our families to try strategies to help the children develop and understand so that they achieve their goals.
